Welcome, and thank you for taking the time to visit. I’m Phil, founder and Director of PMB Recruitment.
I run the business myself day‑to‑day, and everything you see here reflects the way I work: honest, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping engineering and manufacturing companies find the people they need to keep things moving.
After over 25 years recruiting across industry, both in reputable recruitment agencies and in‑house for large manufacturing groups, from shop floor to senior leadership, I set up PMB to offer something more personal and more credible than the typical big‑agency experience.
I work closely with every client, every candidate, and every assignment, whether it’s a permanent hire, a contractor, or an interim specialist stepping in to solve a problem or deliver change. My focus is simple: understand your world properly, represent you professionally, and deliver results with integrity.
Being a small, independent business means you get me, not a rotating account team, not a junior consultant, not someone chasing a sales target. Just experience, care, and a commitment to doing things properly. I’m proud of the relationships I’ve built, the outcomes I’ve delivered, and the trust people place in me.
